Abstract
The Indian Ceramic Society, representing Glass, Pottery,
Refractories, Enamel and other closely allied sciences and industries,
was founded at Banaras in April 1928 by the late revered
Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya whose passion for scientific
and technological progress of the country has been a beacon
light to those who followed him.
