| Abstract |
| It is essential for any industry to meet at home its maximum
possible requirements in raw materials and other products
required i:r1' the process of manufacture, for sake of economy~
in peace time and for ensuring regular supply in stressed war
conditions. Existence is rendered difficult to impossible, according
to dependability of the industry on the fore,ign imports.
For instance Rayon-Weaving industry had to close down;
other industries are paying a heavy price for things of their
requirements. lnspite of that, they have to do without things,
thereby either stopping, limiting production, or deteriorating
the quality of the manufactured stuff. |
