Abstract
Felspar from Gaya clistrict of Behar has been used as a partial substitute for soda ash in glass batch. It is claimed that the introductiml of felspar in a glass batch ih a limited proportion, reduces the cost by about 11,. per cent and that the glass is good for the manufacture of bottles.
