| Abstract |
| The effect of method of powder preparation on the mechanical
properties of partially stabilized zirconia has been studied. Zirconia
powder doped with 3 mol% of yttria was prepared by three different
methods, viz. mechanical method, modified mechanical method and
co-precipitation method. It has been observed that fracture
toughness, transverse rupture strength, rnicrohardness etc improved
with the improvement in the powder preparation method. |
